Unrelated: True tailbone pain is most likely unrelated to sle. It may be muscle, tendon, or pelvic organ related pain.

Lumdar spine.: The nerves that go to the tailbone come from the lumbar spine. Get that cked out. Sitting posture can affect it too. There are several muscles that. Attatch there that can cause pain if they are hypertonic(spam).
