If i am taking olmesartan 10mg and i am having high proteins in urine 375 mg/24hrs, should i increase the dose to 20mg or to 40mg?

It depends: Olmesartan is a strong anti-hypertensive, if your BP allows it meaning it is high enough to tolerate it, the higher the dose, usually the better the impact on the proteinuria, but be careful because it can lower your BP significantly.
