Why is it that i am getting a slight fever and headache the same time every year?

Allergy?: Or you may simply have been exposed to something at the same time each year as a random occurrence. There are illnesses which occur more often in certain seasons, but you do not indicate what time of year or where you are located or anything else about the illness. Need more info.
