After female circumcision how do they use the cut off pieces?

I also wondered: About this since female genital mutilation has been done as a ritualistic sacrifice in some cultures. I have read a fair amount about this but have not found any literature about special uses for tissue removed from female's genitalia. Should i learn anything differently - i will update this entry.
