Possibilities...: Possible causes of a chronic cough include bronchospasm from any etiology, post-nasal drip, GERD, or even a combination of factors. If you smoke, you need to quit ASAP! See your doctor so your cough can be diagnosed and treated. Each of these has a totally different treatment and treatment of the cough depends on the cause! Good luck!
