Acid: Stomach acid will cause throat burning with vomiting. Seek professional help from a psychiatrist if you are truly purging. There are serious health concerns for patients who use purging to control their weight. Please seek help ASAP

Stomach acid: burns the throat. But you have a more serious problem, a eating disorder so you need to see your doctor asap and get into counseling.

I was purging and threw up straight blood like a cup of it. Is this serious or did I just cut the lining of my throat? My roommate says I'm fine.
