Top endodontis: It sounds like things went badly. Call your local dental society, explain problem. Get referral from them or professional u trust to a general dentist, who should get prior x-rays, take new ones and render opinion regarding what dental specialist or oral surgeon to see. Do immediately because there may be acute problem such as infection going on. Forget cost. Get it fixed..Now.

Seek an endodontist: A trained endodonist will be able to identify what is going on and to treat it effectively. Sometimes there are extra canals which are missed, .Sometimes the tooth is fractured and it is missed.
