Are you certain that you get lonely more easily than others? The pandemic has many people very lonely. I can't answer the "why" without more information about what you mean.

I don't know but this past few weeks, I forget things easily and I always find myself worrying throughout the day. I get bad and exhausting dreams about my studies or about school. I feel really lonely every morning but shifts out on the afternoon.
