Two problems: Pyloric spasm can become serious and usually an egd aka upper endoscopy is needed. A distended gallbladder can be serious, especially if gallstones are present. Some surgeons can perform egd and gallbladder surgery. A GI specialist can also perform egd. You have a choice. Ask your regular doc for referral. Be well.
