Yes or not ...: The length and diameter of foreskin, either uncircumcised or circumcised, widely vary among men so the foreskin may or may not fully cover the glans, even not at all. Generally speaking, it is highly advised to reduce (pull done) the foreskin to its natural covering after its becoming flaccid and being cleaned so to prevent paraphimosis for tight foreskin.
