What does "troponins were cycled" mean?

Cycling: Not sure what you mean or where you got that terminology. We often do serial troponin exams over a time period to see whether the level is rising/falling; one might call that cycling. Physiologically there is a cycle of troponin binding during heart contraction so not sure what you mean.
