You could become: ill. Please don't stop your medications cold turkey. Discuss with your psychiatrist.

Relapse/seizure risk: Suddenly stopping Abilify (aripiprazole) and Lamictal could cause a relapse with a worsening of the symptoms for which they were prescribed. Lamictal has an anti-seizure effect, and suddenly stopping it can make a seizure more likely whether or not there has ever been a seizure before. Recommend talking with your psychiatrist or medical provider before changing your medications.
