Help, what to do after receiving a concussion?

Medical care: You should see your doctor asap in order to rule out any serious consequences. You also should rest, both cognitively and physically, let others know you had a concussion, and avoid getting another one. Avoid overstimulation, sedating or stimulating medications, eat well, sleep, and drink plenty of water.

Caution: If your symptoms have resolved, you should be able to resume your regular activities. However, be careful to avoid the conditions that led to your concussion. Be careful with contact sports and always wear the proper equipment. After having a concussion, it is a bit easier to trigger another.
