DanielBlowYourHorn!: I presume, madame, you are referring to a perforated tympanic membrane. If so, keep it dry (get no water in there) and be careful when you blow your nose (air may blow back out). If it starts hurting a lot then you should see someone to find out if there's an infection brewing or something else is going on (progression of the perforation, dry air in the internal ear, any foreign bodies, etc)
