A few things: If you literally mean water in your ears, some ear canals are shaped in a way to trap water or even have excess ear wax that can trap water. Over the counter drying agents like swim-ear can help remove the water. Your pcp can check to see if your ears are filled with wax. Eustacian tube dysfunction can prevent your ears from draining. Allergies can also cause this. See your md if this persists.
