IV Sedation: An i v is started to use several medications to bring an individual to mild sleepiness state an create an amnesia to not remember anything from the surgery. This combination is very effective in producing a very comfortable state of sedation.

Iv sedation: Or general anesthesia is possible at an oral surgeon's office. Some general dentists are qualified to perform IV sedation for a variety of procedures. Agents commonly used for IV may include fentanyl and versed.
