Pills, sun, or food: The three major sources of vitamin d are supplement pills, sun exposure and food, both natural like wild salmon and fortified like milk. Are you getting vitamin d from multiple sources. Too much vitamin d can become toxic. Stay between 30 and 50 for best levels.
