What should i do? i'm getting muscle fluttering/spasms in chest area?

Get a physical exam: Based on your description, I would see your Dr to have him listen to your heart and do a thorough physical exam. Whenever I hear the description, "fluttering", I want to take a good listen to the heart. I may order an EKG to help assess the problem also.
