Soon as you remember: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. For this drug, if the time is very close to your next dose (for example, within a few hours), you may either take or skip the missed dose -- it’s up to you, so long as you don’t start regularly forgetting doses. But there is no need to take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses to cover for a missed dose.
