A member asked:

For a leakying gut syndrome diet, what should i eat and what do i have to eliminate from my diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Forgive my frankness: After 30 years and basically zero good science from its proponents, most of the scientific community rejects "leaky gut" as a real entity. If you buy into this or any fad disease ("systemic candida", "HPA axis disease", "Wilson's syndrome", "electromagnetic sensitivity", "multiple chemical sensitivities"), you will never feel well again and you won't discover the real cause of your symptoms.
