Can someone tell me if neuralgia is related to brain aneurism?

Neuralgia: The term neuralgia means nerve related pain. Brain aneurysm could theoretically cause neuralgia symptoms but it really isn't what we usually see with brain aneurysm. If you have concerns relative to yourself, you should discuss with your physician(s).
