Coffee: does not have much sodium in it. It has potassium, which is not sodium and helps regulate nerve/muscle tone. There isn't much of a restriction based on the sodium. Often people have limits on how much fluid. Typically about 1 to 2 liters a day and the coffee can be a lot of all the fluid they should take in... so... 300 cc... 1-2 cups if fluid restriction.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
