Skip placebo's: Birth control pills are packaged with placebo pills (the ones that are a different color) so that you stop taking the medicine and have a 'fake period'. If you do not want to bleed, then don't take the placebo pills and start an new pack. Beware that doing this can cause sporadic break through bleeding but not as much bleeding as taking them the traditional way.
