Many exercises: Some exercises that can be done at home (so long as they do not hurt) includes wall slides (back against the wall, slide down, but not past 90 degrees, hold position, feel the quads contract) and the strengthening part of these exercises: http://orthoinfo.Aaos.Org/pdfs/rehab_knee_6.Pdf however, if you have knee pain, should be examined by a dr first and consider physical therapy.
