Help please? i have frequent urination (at least 9 times a day)?

Check urine: will first to rule out infection or other abnormality in urine. If this is only during day time could be related to excess fluid intake especially caffeine. However, it can be anxiety and habit. Some people have an overactive bladder and if you are taking any medications , they can also play a role.
