Can be: Whether it is serious in her case or not, it's hard to tell because more info would be needed and physical exam needs to be performed to assess the severity of her condition. It can be serious because she may have injured her brain by hitting her head against the floor or other bathroom structures. I'd take her to er and get her checked.
