Contact Authorities: In the U.S. We call an emergency number 911 and alert them that someone is going to harm themselves. They can then be seen by the mental health police and given emergency assistance. I would believe that in norway you may have a similar situation and can contact the authorities to help keep this person safe.

A friend or relative can drive that person or call 911 for emergency services for transport.
