BMs: It is advisable to try to have bms oftener than once per week. Have you tried to increase your fiber in your diet with more fruits and vegetables, or use psyllium seeds or white chia seeds daily, drink adequate water, take probiotics e.g. Live, active yogurt. Hard to tell about your white flake question. Be sure to get check ups to be sure you are healthy.
