Miralax (polyethylene glycol): I would start with a 1/2 of a capful of the MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) (1/2 of the 17gram dose) in 8 ounces of fluid once a day. If that doesn't work after a few days, you may need to increase the dose (either give 1 capful or give the 1/2 capful dose twice a day). If you get too much response- very watery stools >4/day, back down to the lowest dose that seems to help.
