Constipation: This sound unusually intractable - I would consult a peds GI specialist because there are underlying disease that can cause chronic constipation such as Hirschbrungs Disease.

May need x ray: If all usual therapys have not helped at all, may need a Barium Enema Xray to be sure that there is no structural or functional problem such as Hirschsprung's disease
