Had an erpc two weeks ago i am ready to try again, is it safe to try to conceive immediately after an erpc without having a cycle ?

Can't recommend it: In general, i like my patients to wait until they've had it at least one normal period prior to trying to conceive. During the procedure, the lining of the uterus is disrupted, and it may not be completely ready for the next pregnancy to implant. I would worry, if you were to miscarry, that the unhealthy lining could have contributed.
