Not enough info: Why was the doctor testing for active rubella infection? Do you have symptoms? If the igm was ordered by accident, and you have not been ill, then i'd wonder if it was a false positive, and i'd retest. If you caught rubella in pregnancy, then you'd need close monitoring for fetal effects.
