Placebo Pills: The sugar pills are placebo pills and placebo pills are just that...Placebo's. They're not going to do anything. If you're taking active pills all the time and skipping the period week then your risk of pregnancy is lower but with pills never 0%. Take a pregnancy test if you need, but unlikely that you're pregnant if you're consistent. Consider long acting methods that're more secure like iuds.
