Too: Much synthroid (thyroxine) could accelerate your heart rate and increase bp. If you have loss some weight over the past years, your BP could lower. As far as you are not lightheaded, looks ok.

Unexpected: Lowering of blood pressure when starting synthroid (thyroxine) is an unexpected effect. If your BP is 112/68 before taking your antihypertensive medication, it could drop too low after taking them. Monitor your BP so that your physician can advise you.
