Pregnancy: Two months pregnant is the equivalent of 8 weeks. Usually around that time patients are symptomatic the most (missing period, nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, morning sickness). Pregnancy test should be positive by now if you are indeed 8 wks pregnant. If in doubt an ultrasound would say if you are pregnant or not (or would help at least).

Pregnancy symptoms: Yes you would most likely have pregnancy symptoms if you are two months pregnant. You can do a home pregnancy test (available at your pharmacy) if you are worried. If you are having sexual relations, be sure to always practice safe sex.

Not necessarily: Most females can tell if they are pregnant with symptoms, but it is not uncommon to be pregnant at two months and not have many symptoms so it may go yet unnoticed. Since you must have missed a period, get a pregnancy test if you do not know if you are pregnant.
