Kidney related?: Do you have any burning when you pass urine? Any fever or chills if so it could be kidney related, if you did any thing exremely strenuous, it is possible that pain could be related to your back muscle or disc but given you age unlikely. If it persists talk to your doctor who can run some simple urine test and figure out what the problem is .Good luck.
