Pregnancy: Try to figure out when you are ovulating and have sex then. Usually you will ovulate at mid cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle this would be on day 14. You would want to try the week before and the week after this for a better chance. You can also get an over the counter ovulation predictor test. Most important don't stress over it. Over 80% of young women will get pregnant within a year.

Fertility Testing: When it comes to fertility the internet is the last place you will find answers. There are too many specific processes that need evaluating and specific reasons for your difficulties than can just be guessed at. If you are serious about fertility it is time for you and your male partner to be fully evaluated at a fertility center.
