I woke up last night with diarrhea, nausea, flank pain, fever, i have not been feeling well, is this a kidney infection? i am on flagyl, er or not?

Acute infection: If you cannot find a doctor who will see you then it would be prudent to go to the er. You don't say why you are taking Metronidazole (flagyl), but that is not likely to be effective if you actually have an upper uti. Hope you are better quickly.
