Rx triad: Right now there are 3 ways to treat fibroids. !) surgical removal via myomectomy(fibroids only) or hysterectomy(removal of the uterus) 2.) uae uterine artery embolization by a interventional radiologist. 3) focused ultrasound. 4.)? Temporary gnrh agonist drug, but it is not a permanent solution.
