What is the best antibiotic for a male having recessive polycystic kidney disease with a gfr of 114ml/min? are amoxillicins and cephalosporins safe?

I am puzzled: If your GFR (true or even estimated from serum creatinine) is 114 ml/min, which is utterly healthy, and you don't have a kidney transplant, i would seriously question that you actually have recessive polycystic kidney disease. This is almost always a childhood illness and extremely severe from the time of birth.
