May be pneumothorax: Spotaneous pneumothorax is when one has a small bulla in the lung that ruptures causing leak of air from lungs in chest cavity and evetually leading to collapse of the lung and inability to get enough air in lungs. You need x-ray to make a diagnosis. I suggest you get youself checked as soon as possible. Of course you could be having anxiety attack as well but better to be safe.
