Dirty catch: Squamous cells do not exist inside the urinary tract, they are coming from your skin cells. It means that you did not perform a "clean catch" in which you wipe your vulva with a cleansing wipe, then urinate into the toilet slightly before catching the urine into the cup. It invalidates the results of the test if there are a lot of squamous epithelial cells in the urine.
