Need diagnosis.: The word dizzy is non-specific. If it is not vertigo, that is, the room spinning around, or you feel you are moving, it is probably not an inner ear problem. Light headedness is also non specific but could be related to blood pressure being too low. The presence of pressure in the neck and shoulders is not usually associated with lightheadedness. See your pmd for differential diagnosis.
