Some general: thoughts. PCOS has as it's usual symptoms feeling premenstrual all the time and irregular and often delayed periods. There would be enlargement of the uterus and breasts in most with PCOS and this usually causes some discomfort. cannot say in your particular case and this condition usually is helped by treatment.
