Be patient: Wait until a week or so after you miss your period, then check. The pregnancy tests, both serum and urine are very sensitive and work well, so generally if negative, then they're negative. If you miss a second period in a row, check again, then if negative, get gyn eval for abnormal secondary amenorrhea work up. Good luck.
