Anorectal: Most common causes would be anorectal problems, such as hemorrhoids, anal fissure, or fistula. Less likely would be inflammatory bowel disease, eg ulcerative colitis. It's unlikely you have a colorectal cancer or bleeding diverticulum. Certainly if this persists, speak to your doctor. Good luck.
