A member asked:

I was recently spray painting in my room with my doors closed and my windows, with no fan. i did not realize it until 30 minutes later. is that bad?!

Not healthy: Painting in an enclosed area without proper ventilation can be unhealthy. A person exposed to paint fumes could become ill quickly. A one time exposure to the solvents present in most paints is not likely to cause any long term harm, but i would strongly recommend against doing that again.
