No Harm: If you are not burned then you are fine. But there is definately no harm to baby!

Of course!: If you hold something hot against your skin, it will heat up and irritate your skin. If you leave it there long enough you could conceivably cause a burn - but that's what sensory nerves are for: to prevent that from happening. If you're asking if you could have harmed the baby, no - don't worry about it.
