Not much: There is not much in the literature about diet and the effect on sperm production and male fertility but to my knowledge there should not be much of a connection. Of course, the more healthy a person is the better off, so always plan to eat a healthy diet and exercise!

Healthy diet is good: Smoking and xs alcohol consumption is impairs fertility. Diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, avoiding excess fat and cholesterol is always good.
