Are you circumcised?: Most common cause of single bump at end of penis is a smegma "pearl" under foreskin of an uncircumcised penis. This can be taken care of by a urologist to treat associated phimosis (tight foreskin". Cound be an inclusion cyst if close to circumcision to circumcision scar. Would need photo if neither of the above.
